Lou Ferreira, Owner & Founder

As a life long athlete, Lou Ferreira’s interest in health and fitness was sparked at a young age. She played competitive soccer for UNC, the #1 Women’s college team and furthered her soccer career playing for the U.S. Women’s National Team from 1992-1994.

Her love of athletics and fitness and the positive impact it had and continues to have on her life has led her to a full-time career in improving the overall quality of life for others, through fitness. Lou enjoys helping her clients realize their own potential, as well as seeing them successfully achieve their personal goals. She enjoys spending quality time with her clients and seeing their physical and mental growth over time.

Through training, Lou has learned how to motivate her clients pertaining to their specific needs and abilities and she has also learned patience on many different levels. Watching her clients work hard to ultimately better their lives is a rewarding experience for Lou. She realizes the importance in maintaining a balanced lifestyle and as a trainer, and she hopes to motivate and constantly keep her clients challenged and having fun. Lou is dedicated to her clients and loves to see them succeed and realize how fit and strong they can be through exercise.
