We are now offering a NEW fat loss program through Lose it for Life SLO! It is an easy-to-follow eight-week program that will show you the importance of eating healthy, as well as teach you how to incorporate exercise and healthy habits into your lifestyle. Following this program will allow you to lose 2-3 pounds per week!
This program will include a weekly meeting, progress reports, and food journaling. It will also include body composition testing and exercise training guidance. We will be bringing in top professionals from the community to give lectures and presentations on how to increase fat loss through changing the way you eat. Through this program, you will learn information about exercise training such as how often you should be exercising and what types of exercise are better than others. Furthermore, this program is a great opportunity for those who cannot make the commitment to joining the Full program. It also will be a great educational experience for those who may only need extra support with including nutritious foods into their daily eating patterns.
There will be a free, informational meeting on August 23rd, at 6 pm, in the Kennedy Club Fitness conference room. During this meeting, we will discuss the program and allow anyone to sign up to participate in this great opportunity. The program cost is $499.00. There will be a payment plan available.
